Meet Our President

Patrick K. McDowell

Patrick K. McDowell, known to many around the cape as "Bubba" or Pat, is the president of PKM Conttactors, Inc. and a lifelong resident of Dennis, Massachusetts, His ambition for construction began at an early age, working alongside Bobby and Bily sears apart of Sears & Sons before gaining experience in specialized underground construction associated with Boston's Big Dig project, along with tunnel construction in Turin, Italy. In 1993, Patrick returned to his hometown in Dennis to establish PKM Contractors, naming the company in honor of his mother, Patricia Kenney McDowell.

Over the past three decades, Patrick has led PKM through a wide range of residential, commercial, and municipal construction projects across Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts. Beyond his professional work, he has remained involved in supporting the local community through contributions to the Tony Kent Arena, youth athletics, and charitable organizations. With a lifelong interest in engineering, history, and the ocean, Patrick continues to approach his work with the same curiosity and dedication that first drew him to construction, while looking toward the next chapter of PKM's development.
